High-tech products for your
dosing system
SCHERZINGER industrial dosing systems are uniquely designed to integrate into your system. The dosing system receives the specification for the continuous injection of a certain amount of liquid via a CAN bus signal or a current interface from the superordinate system.
Our gear pump technology, tried and tested for decades, enables the dosing of the most diverse process liquids and gasses. The range includes:
- basic to acid (e.g. sodium hydroxide to acetic acid)
- aqueous to viscose (1 mPas ... 1,000 mPas)
- non-conductive to strongly conductive (10μS/cm ... 0.1 S/cm)
In these systems, the precise dosing can be achieved with various types of flow sensors or, if slightly less precision suffices, also by means of self-learning and self-adjusting algorithms. Liquid dosage ratios up to 1:100 can then be realized. If necessary, a gas flow (air / noble gas) can also be controlled with which a dual substance jet can spray the liquid to be dosed.
