1. Contents of the online presentation
The author (hereinafter referred to as SCHERZINGER) does not accept any liability whatsoever for the up-to-date status, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Any liability claims against the author related to damages of a material or non-material nature resulting from utilisation or non-utilisation of the information offered or the use of incorrect or incomplete information is fundamentally excluded, insofar as there is no demonstrable deliberate fault or gross negligence on the part of the author.
