To bring the 2-part adhesive reliably to the proper location for adhering – this is the task of the SCHERZINGER gear pumps. In this technology, the components A (resin) and B (hardening agent) are supplied from the respective containers. Depending on the required mixing ratio and the specified output quantity, the adhesive is precisely dosed with the gear pump, supplied by the 2-part mixer and applied. Our pumps are suitable for both epoxy resin and polyurethane systems.
