If you rely on us, you rely not only on quality products, but rather we will also make a competent and efficient consulting team available to you. With this, we will already start the pre-development phase of our comprehensive project management – our services for you:

- A personal contact person with extensive technical understanding and vast experience with environmental conditions, fluids and materials
- Team work from the initial creative brainstorming to beyond the series testing and production
SCHERZINGER Prototyping
Time is money and a strong factor of success: Our highly qualified specialists from prototyping will support you in a rapid transition from construction drawings to prototypes with series quality. Together with the project team, they work simultaneously on the production of your your pump prototypes. Knowledge of mechanical machining processes enables us to be fast and precise.
If necessary, we can also draw on our well-tuned supplier network (e.g. for RP castings or electronic components).
SCHERZINGER Testing
In our test facility, we conduct long-term tests of your pre-series pumps. After successful validation, you will receive a customized solution that can enter series production.
The impeccable quality and extensively tested reliability of our portfolio is particularly important to us: Our motto by which we assess ourselves is "The Heart of High-Tech."
We examine every new development under real conditions in the pre-series stage in every detail possible – if necessary, also with accelerated and aging tests.
